[the annoying fly]

pretty good

you should fiw it up so that you can choose where you go, to the eye brain or heart. Either way you choose, the guy dies. Or, you could make a game out of it, where you can pick from all sorts of things, all in which the guy dies. It sounds like it could be a fun game to me!!! Well, I hope you take my suggestions and I hope it helps.

nice but add some scenes

It's good, but maybe you could have more scenes from his childhood, then something really bad happening like a fire killing his parents and all the kids at his party. i think it would add to the effect of the movie. but good job :)

what the fuck?!?!

What the hell kind of message does this send?? There are a lot of really depressed people out there who seriously need help. I'm sure this doesn't make them feel any better about themselves, and how would it make you feel if you found out that someone saw your flash and decided that life just wasn't worth living? What if that person just needed someone to say that it was going to be OK, and the probably would have led a long meaningful life, but your movie just pushed them over the edge??? Sure, you might say things like, "Yeah whatever, a stupid flash movie wouldn't get somebody to do something like that" and you might act like it doesn't phase you at all, but there are people who would take your movie really seriously, and I know you wouldn't want that kind of responsibility. It's just not funny.

I really liked the graphics, I really hated the whole trailer style. Quit putting half-assed incomplete flash work on here! It looks like a good game, but why don't you spend your time finishing it instead of wasting your time on previews???

This is really good for one of your first movies - and I'm glad it actually has a point. Nice concept, and really fitting music. It almost makes you feel sorry for the little dot...good job man. Also, just remember that a 4 isn't horrible for your first flash. The most important part of your movie was the style, i think, so don't really worry about the other stuff. You have good originality, and your flash skills will develope with practice.

haha nice joke. decent animation, but not really much of a storyline. practically no load time, which is always a plus.

[The Portal - A Message]

For your information-

The portal is not running out of resoruces because of 'crappy flash movies', as you so elegantly put it. In fact, these movies only take up a small portion of NG. This is because they are so short, with no real sound or substance. Therefore, there really isn't any harm in them, other that the sheer annoyance they present. The real space-fillers are ones like YOUR movie. It's 705k, which is a BIG flash movie. Please remove it yourself, if you care so much about NG.

Its good for your first movie...if it's yours

Although this didn't really look that hard to make, I couldn't help but stare at it for the whole movie. If it wasn't that hard to make, then you shouldn't fix it anyway, cuz it's pretty good. If it was harder than I thought, then I'm sorry, but the best flash movies actually look the simplest and are the hardest to make. By the way, very fitting music.

However, it was very good for your first movie... just make sure that people are reviewing your work.

it was alright, nuthin special though

It was decent, pretty good if it's one of your firsts. The sound was a little heavy on the bass though, and it really just didn't sound that good. Clean up the sound, and it'll be a lot better.

I can't deny that the quality of this flash was excellent. I can say, however, that if this is what people today actually want to see, we all need to take a serious look at what we've become.
